  10. This might have been asked before but I managed to not read any of it
  11. until now that I'm trying to use Executive.  :(
  12.  
  13. Anyway, I have been trying unsuccesfully to make Executive not schedule
  14. any of the AmiTCP processes, including aslip and others, but have not
  15. been successsful.  Executive is somehow scheduling my slip connection,
  16. so my max transfer rate usually drops from about 1.6-1.8Kps to .5-1Kps!
  17. I tried to make Executive ignore the following tasks: aslip.device,
  18. AmiTCP, napsaterm, serial.device, and input.device.  The throughput
  19. increased slightyly after I told it to ignore input.device, but it is
  20. apparent Executive is still doing some interference as I get long pauses
  21. in my interactive sessions and ftp sessions that I normally do not get.
  22. So if anyone has successfully gotten them to coexist please let me know.
